Tung Lok Private Dining Restaurant Review



Celebrated the NYE at Tung Lok Private Dining, at OUE Building mainly because of the view that they would provide. They had a special NYE menu and included instructions for how to locate the restaurant. I liked the private concept of the restaurant, and you would be able to get your own room. Presentation of the food was incredible, they really spent a lot of time adorning 24k gold flakes on the food and plating abalone appetizers onto glass sculptures. Ingredients used were high-quality and the chef's cooking was light-handed and brought out the natural flavor of the ingredients.


Loved this dish because it came with dry ice and had an unconventional playing, seafood and gold flakes served on a blue hand?
