The service was alright but the food has a lot of room for improvement. G

Got the lunch kaisen set for $27.

The egg custard chawanmushi was its only saving grace. 

The soba states that it is homemade daily, but it lacked the al dente and fresh texture of soba-Koh and soba-ya. 

The kaisen chirashi don was not fresh. The fish was very bland and lacked flavor, the cut was rough. 

The miso was tasteless. 

Really disappointing meal, expected much more.
