Bar Canary and Mitzo Singapore

Bar Canary is a rooftop bar on Grand Park Orchard which serves very unique cocktails and also food from its modern restaurant Mitzo next door. Probably wasn't a great idea to visit the rooftop bar at 12 noon, but we were the only ones there under the Singapore Sun. 

We ordered the special Coco Chanel cocktail which was liquer, coconut water and wheatgrass shots. I really liked the drink! :) Although it was slightly pricey at around $15~

Mitzo's signature barbecue roast pork which was one of the best I've ever tried . The char siew was succulent and very well-glazed, and it had the perfect almost sublime char. It was savory, it was bursting with honey and the crisp malted taste. Highly recommend.
